Registration and Payment

All AVEC General Assembly participants shall be registered beforehand. Please complete the registration form online or return the downloaded version to the local Technical Organizer, AgroEurope Kft/Hungary as soon as possible but by

Saturday 15th June 2019

After receiving the registration form a pro-forma invoice will be sent to the applicant. As soon as the payment has been credited to the account of AgroEurope Kft, a registration confirmation letter will be issued. The official Invoice on the payment will be sent to the applicant within days.

Your registration will be valid only after receipt of the registration confirmation letter. All correspondence concerning registration and cancellation has to be sent in writing to the Technical Organizer: Julia Banyai jbanyai@agroeurope.hu

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be made in writing to the Technical Organizer: jbanyai@agroeurope.hu
For a cancellation received between June 16 – August 03, 2019 a refund of 80 % will be made;
For a cancellation received after August 04, 2019 no refund can be validated.
Refunds will be made after the General Assembly by bank transfer. Transfer charges are to be covered by the receiver.

Registration is transferable to a colleague.
